‪hii, my service ref no. Bb[protected]/ bb[protected]/bb[protected] / bb[protected]. Many time complaints lodged but still not issue resolved and store person also not picking the call[protected] /[protected]‬
Nobody help here.

Store person wrong mobile entered in my purchased invoice and i am request for change the my mobile number instead of this wrong mobile no.[protected] but till date only old complaint closed and given me new complaints only.

Kindly do the needful

Updated by rjun_singh Just call received from virar store[protected] and the store incharge offer me Rs. 250 and store incharge is kidding with me and laughing. Big Bazar advice u to I think soft skill training require your incharge.

Here 29 days passed still issue not resolved.

Finally I decided never buy anything from BIG BAZAR .
Very very bad experience.
