Hi Guys,

I will be specific here,
Team working at Big Bazaar have zero knowledge offers going on in Store.
They have zero knowledge on procedure and not a single time they will be able to help you.
Price mentioned on product and price charged is often different causing difficulties to customers.
You need to do follow up so cash back can be credited to wallet.
Staff working at Big Bazaar is extremely Rude, they dont know how to behave with Elderly People and Women
Low Price products as shown at Store is often taken up by staff itself nothing left for customers, they are so busy manipulating things that they dont know what is right and what is wrong
When offers are floated, systems are not updated, and unless you check price you pay, you will often end up paying more.
As BigBazaar themselves is Corporate Thief they feel everyone coming is also like them.
Instead of improving their process they cause mental harassment to customers.
This clearly shows there is no right policy framed by Management
People responsible for such irresponsible behavior should be Jailed
With so many discrepancies and malpractices I am wondering how is Government not taking action on Big Bazaar.

On 22.12.19 at 5:50 pm I purchased two Jeans trousers worth Rs 699 and 749 respectively from Bigbazaar Metropolitan Bldg, Kolkata 13.. A cloth carry bag worth Rs 19/-was given. Total bill amount was Rs 1467. I paid Rs 2000/- in cash. But forgot to collect Rs 533/-. Memo No 0007248. But now they refuse to return it.

    Today i bought 1 sweater and 1 jeans for 1499 and 999 .when i was doing billing they ask me for carry bag for 19rs .i ask them that now carry bag charges is not used but they replied that this is a private company and we can't help for this and they charge me extra 19 rs for carry bag.i also go for customer care of big bazaar Zirakpur and they say we can't do anything for this.please help me

      We are a regular customer at big bazaar ambience mall, gurgaon since we usually buy our monthly groceries from here. And our billing has never been less than 6000/- at every visit. Today - 30-dec-19, we visited the big bazaar store at ambience mall, gurgaon as usual and there was an extra billing done by the billing person. So, wewent to customer service desk for the refund of the extra amount billed. They made us wait half hour to resolve our issue. The representative shekhar was very ill mannered and refused to even look at our query and passed on the other guy who worked on it but was adamant that the free scheme was not applicable. Then we ourselves went to then product shelve.. Clicked the picture and showed it to him. He then called up the product section manager - akram who took another 15mins to come at cs desk that too after 2 reminders and simply said it is software problem and refunded the amount. O strongly recommend to terminate your these 2employees - akram and shekhar who misbehaved with us and made us wait for 30mins to refund a small amount which was incorrectly billed at their end.

        Hi Team,
        I am writing this mail after more than two months follow up with staff of Home Town in Phonix United Mall lucknow.

        I purchased a Solid Wood Cabinet on 25th Oct'19. At the time if purchse the sales representative Mr. Deepak (Ph: [protected]) sold that item to us and at
        that time there was some powder coming out at edges, we enquired that is it termite but he mentioned that - no no, it is due to finishing powder we apply for finishing. And he mentioned that it is not faulty stuff and in case of any issue he will help to resolve.
        we paid INR 38999.86/- for this cabinet.

        after the delivery in few days a lot of powder start comming out from yhis new Cabinet.
        My parents called Mr. Deepak but he didn't responded on phone calls and told my parents to come to showroom.
        whem my parents visited the showroom Mr. Deepak responded that, he don't know anything and go and talk to Mr. Rawal.
        My parents approched to Mr. Rawal, he told he will see the issue, but in last two months nothing happened.
        Mr. Rawal and Deepak stopped picking the phone, and my old aged parents visited the store several times to resolve this issue.
        Now Mr. Rawal has accepted that the product was faulty and the Cabinet is full of termites.
        But now even they are not confirming the replacement date and telling when ever it will come from Nagpur, they will see, and my parent's are following up with them.

        I am a working professional and live outside lucknow. I purchased from Home Town because of faith,
        but in last 2 months the response, behaviour & attitude of Home Town staff and team is very bad. They not only sold the faulty product but also breached the Trust & Faith. and most important the physical & mental trauma my old aged parents facing, because of Home Town.

        I am going to raise this in Consumer Forum and putting these details on Social media to ensure,
        no other working professionals and their parents suffer because of Home Town.
        They are cheating their customers.

          Nobody help here.

          Store person wrong mobile entered in my purchased invoice and i am request for change the my mobile number instead of this wrong mobile no.[protected] but till date only old complaint closed...

          I went to big bazaar in acropolis mall outlet ahmedabad.
          Wanted to purchase 15 jars of groundnut oil of 5l.

          Collected them and went to billing counter. A store manager kind of guy mr chauhan came and told me a weired rule that they can allow me only 3 jars per day to take.

          Per family, per day they allow not more then 3 jars of 5l to be taken.

          And it is irrespective of mode of payment - card/cash/gift card anything, same rule applies.

          Besides that staff is extremely rule and do not know how to behave with customers.

          Big bazaar is a big cheat. Are we living in era of rashaning where we get limited food materials to per day?

          Weiredest rule ever. A big cheater.

            I have purchased gift cards worth 1500 from bigbazaar site on 8th dec 2019 and payment was successful and no gift card was received either to my mail nor mobile. The transaction id is:4zmlo910942. When i called customer support they said money was automatically refunded but the money is reflecting in bank. I shared my bank statement but no resolution for tickets bb[protected], bb[protected], bb[protected]. They are closing the tickets without response and customer support is not good.

              I purchased many items from big bazaar on 18-12-19. Some items have future pay cash back on them like green peas (60 rs and future price is 29) and saras gold milk (56 rs and future price is 40). So accordingly i will get at least 78 rs future pay cash back
              . But till now it is not showing in my future pay wallet. Pls do it as soon as possible. It happens many times with big bazaar, but usually we ignore but this time i am seriously complaining about this.

                I made certain purchases from big bazar kozhikode today. Two of the merchandise, the price of which was mentioned as rs 75 in the shelf has been billed at rs 100 each at the billing counter and i made the payment. Thereafter i observed the cheating done by big bazar and pointed out the same to the lady who billed it. At the first instance, she argued with me that the price is 100. Thereafter she left the counter and came back after 10 minutes and without saying anything, gave me rs 50 back. Meanwhile i asked her on several occasions that i want to meet her manager, for which she gave a deaf ear. When i repeatedly asked, she ridiculed me and said the manager is somewhere in top floor. After lots of efforts, a person identified himself as manager and came to me. He never responded to my grievances and told if i have any complaints, i can write it down on the complaints register. I wrote it down and asked about the process of customer grievance readdressal in big bazar. He told me that their customer care manager will call me within 24 hours. But contrary to that my complaint was unilaterally closed by big bazar within 8 hours, just by sending a e-mail message to me. Beware.. Big bazar means big big cheating. And if pointed out they ridicule and humiliate clients. Never venture into their outlets.

                      My father made a purchase from big bazar's chinar park (Newtown, kolkata) outlet on 14 nov 2019. There was a 50% cashback offer on a pack of whiskas (Cat food) he bought. The cashback was supposed to come to futurepay wallet within 15 days which did not happen. He went to the store and showed the transaction id and the payment details from his future pay account, but the customer service executive refused to serve him without the hard copy of the bill and they are refusing to generate another copy of the bill from the transaction id -[protected]

                        Hi team,

                        The price listed at the display is showing is
                        Discounted price but while billing they are charging mrp, they are looting people, because people buy things in bulk and they dont check each and every product price in bill. At the display counter it was showing 349 as discounted price and whole billing they charged 399 rs and thsi happened for many more things in the store

                          Yesterday i purchased 2 item from big bazar, ambience tower, rohini sec 10. i purchased 1 trouser of 1199 rupee and 1 shirt of 799 rupee, but when i checked the bill, it was billed for 2 trousers.
                          cashier generated wrong invoice and billed us 2417 instead of 2019.

                            I have purchased cloths & grocery from big bazar at collage road, nashik. One of the item lipton green tea box unable to scan & my bill was hold. Counter person called customer care dept person, kiran 5 to 6 times as counter no 8 is in front of customer care dept. But customer care dept was busy in gossiping & laughing on jokes. I approach to customer care & asked do you really bother about customer? He urgently replied go & bring another packet or wait it will take time.in between billing person has canceled my bill & started another billing for next customer. When i rise my voice & said i will complaint, they replied go & do whatever you want. This time my family was with me so i paid the bill & come home. If you don't take any action i will not purchase & tell to minimum 1000 people not buy anything form this mall. Hope this complaint will be consider & will take action on such persons for your reputation

                              On 15 dec2019, i have visited big bazar rakjot. They have charged 699 for girl t-shirts while the mrp is printed on the pack is 199.00 for same t-shirt. We will also pay to cashier) while leaving the store i just recheck with the bill with product details. Then we found wrongly paid tobig bazar.
                              My invoice no-[protected].
                              I have tried to contact with big bazar team but they are not responding. (Finally i get refund my amount)
                              I am wondering how one can charged more than the printed mrp.
                              Looking forward to get the better solution so that they can't charged others in such a manner

                                  On 14.12.2019 at around 1817 hrs. I have visited your big bazar orbit mall, 82 raja s. C. Mullick road, bagajatin kolkata-700084, west bengal txn. Id [protected], [protected], [protected]., amounting to rs.
                                  11000/-. An i am regularly shopping at big bazar for the last 7-8 years my monthly shopping at big bazar average of[protected]. But to my utter dismayed. On 14.12.2019. Very distracting and disgranting behavioural approach shown by some of the shop assistants at the store. When requested for possioning of some particular item from the shop assistants were found gossping at the store and does not bother to look back and respond to the customer. Simultaneously in another incedent, when i asked to change the plastic for packing of loose product viz. Suggar the very poor materials are used to pack the items causing wastegage of the items as the packet damaging while transit. The shop assistants were very argantly refuses to change the plastic bag saying the company has provided such poor metarial of polybag so if you have any further assistance contact the authority for the same. The matter immediately brought to the notice of your shop manager for such behaviour but no solution has been initiated as of now, hence i have decided to discontinue the profit club membership and request refund of the same.

                                    I visited hyderabad central yesterday..

                                    I was charged 10 rupees each for 2 handbags.. They still have the logo/brand on the cover and still selling them.
                                    Which is not allowed atleast in hyderabad.. However in the bill they are printing stating that they are providing handbags without branding..

                                      I bought a koryo tv vide till no.8, memo no.0001292, tr no.18394 and item description no. Kor led kle32dlchn7 on 27.01.19. On 11.12.19 that tv stopped working and i called up koryo customer service on 12.12.19. On text day a service mechanic called me and told me to pay service charge and travelling charge. I objected and told him that within warranty period we were not supposed to pay service charge. Then he insisted me to pay travelling charge. I again objected because i bought the tv from jalpaiguri big bazaar not from siliguri. Then i met with an service executive at jalpaiguri big bazaar store but he also couldn't help me. However on the same day a mechanic came to me from siliguri koryo service centre and after checking the tv told me that tv paned need to be changed and could be done at least after 12 days.
                                      Being a profit club member and a loyal customer of big bazaar my humble submission to you that why should i wait so long without watching my interesting channels. I request you to help me to repair the tv as early as possible or replace the tv.
