Hi,

We are registered some number of domains and hosting services from bigrock. But now i got an issue with bigrock as they are suspending my account frequently.

It started when my account disk space exceeded. I have deleted the additional data and brought down the disk space. But they are told us to reduce it to below 10 gb, when it is done they had suspended the account and now they are asking to reduce to below 7 gb.

It is well known we could at least 20 gb of disk space, but some employees are not willing to grant the usually provided disk space to us. Why they are acting like this?

Registered a ticket for it : mru[protected].

I need to close this issue and continue the service with bigrock, with a usual disk space usage limit of 20 gb, which is advertised while we take this plan.

We use mails in mobiles and other devices also, so it is required to store every mails for couple of weeks before deleting.

We took an 'advanced linux hosting' plan, it says ‘unlimited space’. And when we chat with your colleague they confirms it is 20 gb. But some arrogant employees especially named as lavina, is showing revenge to us and not allowing to use the provided space.

    I'm a subscriber of bigrock's windows hosting services. Through this hosting i have multiple portals hosted

    Due to a malware attach the hosting services were down from september 10th to september 17th as a result my websites, blog pages, my official email communication for each of the domain for all my users was down. I wasnt receiving incoming email. My customers were surprised to see my emails bounce. I lost a few business opportunities due to this.

    Even after the services were restored, all my emails (Inbox, sent etc) contained thousands of junk email. All my actual emails till september 10, 2018 were missing.

      Bigrock is the worst organization, i have ever seen.

      I have never seen such irresponsible and untrained technical support as i have faced with bigrock. It's a very bad experience with big rock. More than 10 days gone, but their technical team is not able to find the solution.

      Only fake updates are mentioned on forum dashboard.
      They have updated, "majority of websites has restored" but asking about name of any website which has been recently restored, they have no answer.
      To make their clients confuse, they are posted such type o[censored]pdates.

      As i feel they are planning to shut down the hosting service and not willing to resolve the issue. Because its not possible to take such a long time period to resolve any kind of issue. I am also a technical person and understand the restoration process.

      I suggest to all victim, just start finding some other solution rather than asking to bigrock customer care. They have fix answer that their team is working hard to resolve the issue but we can not provide any eta.

      Bigrock is the worst organization, i have ever seen.

        No.1 fraud and irresponsible company... There is no communication and system was down for last 3 days (10th sep 18 to 12th sep 18 as of now) whenever you ask & complaint they simply say — we currently do not have any eta but understanding the criticality of the issue our engineers are working on getting this fixed as soon as possible. But nothing was happend because of that i am liable to pay for fine & penalty to customs because of the such a delay of processing my job...

        I am also one of their customer. I have 5 commercial websites used by my clients daily. my clients have threatened to discontinue my website service on account of this huge outage from 10th Sept 2018 till now i.e. 12th Sept 2018 9.30 pm.

        I am shocked to know that being a major ISP provider in India, they don't have fail over system in place. what a sham this company is. This big outage incident has exposed their bad infrastructure as well as lack of quality staff who can handle such disaster.

        as complained by narenkumar86 above, they don't have any answer as to when the service will be restored and they have turned off their telephone lines.

        absolutely gutted with this horrific experience.

        I know writing this complaint here would not yield anything but at least people looking for better ISP service will have a review about Bigrock.

        Big thumbs down.

          I got a vps server (Usa) from bigrock on 8/july/2018 after reading the terms and conditions check attachment. After trying for few days i cancelled the vps on 30/july /2018 after 22 days of activation
          Due to very substandard preformance.
          1. Websites becoming unreachable for no reason for 10-30 minutes (This happened for 3 consecutive days).
          2. Cpanel sending daily emails about some process stopping due to lack of memory, my server had 2 gb of ram out of which used ram was 500-700 mb at any point of time and the remaining 1+gb always was free, so this seems like blatant overselling.
          3. Now on asking for refund they upfront say vps servers are non refundable (Please see the attached uncertain terms)

            Hi was having a problem in hosting website as the server is creating an issue, I tried to call there toll free number they assist to call on support number which is [protected], this number is not working then I started ticket chat in their website since 5 min no one came online to chat or support us, for sales they are always available in call or chat not for support.

            I request to new customer please see some alternative neither then Bigrock as the standard of big rock is going too low

              I have made a payment for domain transfer from third party to bigrock as i was aware that one year renewal comes within transfer cost. After one week of domain transfer i approached bigrock sales chat to further renew it for three years. On chat i got to know that i didn't received the one year complimentary renewal which comes with domain transfer since i transferred the domain within 45 days of renewing it. My biggest question is that i have done multiple chats with sales team but nobody asked that when you have renewed your domain. Since this has happened i told them that it was a lack at both the parts since i was not aware of 45 days & also you guys didn't explained that even once on chat so please resolve it this time & i will make sure for future transfers. Even after making repeated requests nothing happened. When i call sales number to inform this i have been transferred to the person who has done this blunder his name is harsh, if i have to complaint about harsh and i have been transferred to harsh only then to whom do i complaint about him this is the biggest stupidity. After my repeated request to him he transferred the call to a lady call anu she also denied of giving the free renewal and her approach and attitude was not at all acceptable. She was sounding like its your mistake why would be compensate it you have to pay for it now & above that she was arguing with me. If she was a team lead then her behavior and attitude was worse then harsh. I want my one year free renewal within transfer cost which i already paid.in-fact, i want to further renew it for 3 more years which is totally based on whether they will resolve my problem or not. When i ask them to forward me the copy of all my chats with sales team of last one month they clearly denied. I was asking for my own chat with them not of anyone else's chat.

                we are still facing issue since Bigrock server updated on 7th may 18. Before our site was perfectly working.

                what type of your service don't I know.even not getting the response to customer care number with long hold time and gets disconnect.?
                I had already complained about it. but your server team just change PHP Version . its working fine for some time. after 1-2 days we are facing the same problem again.i don't know who can solve my issue. if you can not solve my problem, I will leave the big rock hosting. and you should refund my money.

                We have also assumed that even after change of PHP Version to 5.6, the same problem persists for same Warning Messages – Errors and our CMS also stops working.

                  We already a Big Rock client since long, Last month on 6th April, 2018 we purchased the renewal hosting plan but due to non payment after quoted amount. Big rock has erased our hosting ticket. After so many follow ups with your company, Big Rock has adjust our deposited payment part with new fresh purchase hosting plans.

                  Now my Complaint is related to our company web site web pages. We have done with the server details but after done all required things our website still not in working progress. When i check through our IT person that time i came to know that your company Big Rock has Deleted our complete website data from your c panel.

                  Kindly Look into this matter, Because this is very serious matter our company website still on non working mode.

                  If our website data deleted than restore asap. Otherwise we will take a strict action.

                      I have transferred my domain to big rock and updated mx record to map emails, its more than 15 days and there dns data doesn't reflect - my mails are not working, when ever i add data to dns, it goes to inactive record - i called their support team they mad it active from their end and still the records are not reflecting, tried to raise a ticket, tried connecting them now no is helping and they not even refunding my amount as their system has issues and they can not resolve and its not working for me -

                      They are just fraud to eat ur money - and has pathetic support service to reach and resolve things

                        Recently i transferred domain to bigrock. I asked support team to configure it so that i can use the email service of my hosting.
                        But everyday support team is giving false promises that issue will be fixed today with lots of promises. Kept on cheating me and lost my business days.
                        I tried to escalate this issue and no reply.
                        They have very poor customer service.
                        Now i am stuck with bigrock for 2 months as i cannot transfer my domain to another provider for 60 days.
                        Do not know where to complain about this poor service.

                          I have purchased 1 domain from bigrock on 16 dec 2017 and since then, i have been constantly receiving unsolicited emails and calls form web developers who want to build my website and referring to the domains that i have booked through bigrock.

                          This is highly unprofessional, highly unethical, outright violation of my privacy by your company and i am going to make this issue public to let others know that they should stay away from bigrock.

                          Bigrock person is saying you do not take privacy protection but i have other domains with bigrock, i never got any call for website development, but now i getting calls continuously from different locations.

                          I registered my domain with my own email id now i try to renewal the domain but it is now available on my control panel i call to customer care they said email id changed you submit the document. i never change email id its their fault now they are irresponsible.

                            I have domain hanumantemplemadhupur.com with bigrock. This was set as auto renewal. As per this process, i should get sms information about auto renewal one week prior of renewal. But i have not received any information. I got sms when renewal is completed.

                            I have complained this to bigrock to refund money but they are refusing it.
                            I want my renewal money back.

                            Please help.

                                We have renewed the ssl for goigi.com, issued the certificate, followed bigrock support team instruction. But nothing happend. For the last 10 days, bigrock is not able to resolve the ssl issue of goigi.com.

                                Neither their senior tech team is able to handle this problem. Their support chat is not opening. Through call they are not assisting.

                                  I purchased hosting space and domain name. I have set my website on wordpress. Even after lot of setup and configuration, the site doesn't work.

                                  Its been already close to a year, i have never been able to get my site to work and the big rock always plays jugad with you. They never solve problems.

                                  Customer service has been too bad. And technical support guys are worst people. They just say they did something and ask you to wait till the servers get updated. But nothing happens.

                                  Its waste of your mobile bills and waste of time. Go for other hosting providers. Godaddy should be fine.

                                  Spit on bigrock... A* holes..

                                    Bunch of fools working in the company. I wonder if anybody know their job well.

                                    Unable to solve simple issues. Customer care team is too slow and lethargic.

                                    Very poor communication and problem skills.

                                    Do not waste your time and money with bigrock. They do not provide 24/7 support as mentioned in the website. They typically work from 10am to 7pm.

                                    They close tickets without resolving the issues. I have been stuck with issue for more than 15 days and it is lying unresolved

                                      Since the day i had brought website builder it was a nightmare, again and again i had raised the issue to support, but no correspondence from there side. I was told after 5 days of regular calling by the support center person to "go to web designer and solve the query, we are helpless to do anything". It means they are make wrong claim of to design your own website. And was even told to cancel order, my query was that when i am adding a horizontal layout it is visible as the disruptive layout additions. If they are selling a website builder tool and suggesting me to appoint a web designer then they are making wrong claims and misguided marketing.

                                        I have purchased a domain and web hosting paying more than what i saw in godaddy.. These guys promised manythings before i pay! After that no response as wordpress and drupal is a free for the package i took and later. After payment it says.. You need to purchase.. Wordpress.. Such a fraud... Company.. Nobody responds after you made purchase.. And i took 30day money back plan.. Now when you go for deleting the domain.. It says you need to check with live support... And live support guys do not respond. Totally fraud.. Please choose godaddy.. Dont go for bigrock.. Now i spend 50% less money in godaddy whch is lesser than bigrock... Now i get everything
