The above order delivered on 7.06.2022, Totally 10 items were missing when delivered, from that 1 item which is (lobia - red 200g pouch) were credited to bbwallet at Rs. 17 but the MRP i had paid is Rs. 25, Need to credit for 9 items as soon as possible. Repeated email complaints to customer service and repeated calls to the customer service phone and also on the company's portal have not had any effect, not even an acknowledgement.
This was informed to the delivery person, who confirmed with the office for getting the bbwallet credit in about 3 hours. Even after 24 hours and repeated complaints, nothing has happened.
Request for immediate resolution
Also, the delivery was nearly 2hours 50minutes delayed for which as per the company policy, compensation is required to be paid. Was this information helpful? |
