[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — 2 hours delayed delivery after 10pm for the second time | |||
1. Ordered 3 days before and scheduled for 7:30-9:30PM and got it delivered on 11:15 PM. [2 hours delayed]. Informed customer care. 2. Ordered today again and scheduled for 6:30-8:30PM and still not received ( time now 10:20 ). Once again informed customer care and once again they told it won't happen in the future. Another regular issue which i face is, most of the vegetables have an expiry of 5 days in Big Basket. When I order 10 items on March 5 ( for example ), there will be 6 out of 10 items which would have been already packed on March 2nd or 3rd. In the attached image, my order came on March 18th 11:14PM and items were packed on 16th & 17th. Was this information helpful? | |||
