After a zillion customer care calls, and hundreds of mails I am at it again!!
Let me begin by asking...WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?????
What seriously is your problem, Am I the chosen one who is getting this special treatment or are there more idiots like me??
We shamelessly keep ordering from Big Basket and in return what we get is pathetic service and over the top pathetic responses.
My order has continuously been getting delayed by HOURS...not hour by HOURSSSSSS.
Firstly for national shipment you guys have given a delivery slot for 14hours if the slot is thissssss big make sure that the item gets delivered within 14 hours, what kind of pathetic service is this that even after been given a slot window of 14hours the order gets further delayed.
is 11:45 pm any time to deliver a product to a customer, firstly your delivery person doesn't show up and yet changes my delivery slot from his end, secondly they don't answer your call, thirdly when they do, they are late by HOURSSSS.
Can you tell me how can I get this fixed? Or tell me that you stupid customer you should immediately stop ordering from us because we will keep making a fool out of you. Was this information helpful? |
