I am the customer for BigBasket for almost 5 years.I am using the service very actively. But when on 27th November 2022 i opened My App to order it shows my account has been inactivated and i need to reach out to Customer Care. When call Customer Care they said don't know reason and asked me to contact [protected]@bigbasket.com. When i dropped mail they responded back after 24 hours stating that "We would like to inform you that as per the update from the fraud-prevention team, we noticed that the account was deactivated for misusing the Bigbasket policies and the same cannot be activated".
This is really rediculous. On what justification the team says that i am misusing my account and even without prior notice team simply inactivated accout Was this information helpful? |
