Sir today my Big basket account inactive. I don't know why they do. When I call customer care.they say that I misuse big basket policy. I give two order in one I'd For use of voucher order value I given order. But they cancel my order. I use 2000 gift voucher so i have approx 2300rs in my wallet. I am middle class family. Apr 16, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved My problem not solved. Only big basket customer care say by mail that they mail this matter for senior team. There is no solution till date. My account not active yet. My wallet amount not received me BigBasket.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
