I recently joined bbdaily and placed my first order on 30.10.2019 which was supposed to be delivered on 31.10.2019.in the morning, i checked the status of order was delivered but i didnot get the products. I informed the customer care and got refund. Now again i placed order on 31.10.2019 which was supposed to be delivered on 01.11.2019. But again my ordered products were not delivered. Again i informed customer care and got refund.
Now, the issue is that when we select address in bbdaily app i am getting option to select plot no. As 158a or 158b. Whereas we do not have any block in our plot like a or b. I informed the bbdaily customer care over chat and telephone several times. I was told that my complaint has been escalated to concerned team and i would get call back within 15-30 mins. However, that call never came. Its been more than 10 days but no call. I am tired telling them that there is no block in my society and requested to correct the address. But that never happened.
Bbdaily customer is is not resolving the issue. They are just making me fool everytime that i would get call back. I request to take strict action against them. Was this information helpful? |
