My order was suppose to be delivered in 90 mins. The customer service agent called that the delivery agent was not able to locate. I have given him direction and he came to my building and left saying I could not be connected. The order is cancelled. I chatted with the agent and that is another pain. The agent was not trained. He disconnected.
I want compensation for this harrasment.
