I ordered whiskas cat food from big basket 11 jun /2022 they started showing item delivered on their app on 12/2022, 07:04 pm I didn't got the item customer care making excuses like I'm not comfortable with hindi i tried to call customer care but they will not answer and will put you on hold for 1 hour then you'll just give up.

    I have ordered products worth Rs. 2565.48 on Jun 7, 2022 which even after stating one day delivery was given delivery slot after 3 days ie Jun 10, 2022. Still I paid total of Rs. 2378.87 after applying voucher and placed the order.

    Now I waited for this order yesterday (Jun, 10) but it never arrived. And now you can not call customer care unless you have ISD pack on phone. And they never replied to my chat when I contacted them through the app.

    Now today morning I am getting message from big basket that due to some "unexpected operational constraints" my order has been rescheduled for Jun 16, 2022. And they have credited 115 as bigbasket credit as per DELIVERY GUARANTEE.


    But what they have done is after cancelling my order of worth 2305.54 they placed a new order of worth 2161.52 and claiming they have given me some credits when it's just my own money being credited. Also now automatically 2 products are not available for delivery still they are asking me to pay Rs. 45 extra which they could have easily debited from their so called credit given of 115. What nonsense is this.

    Now when I want to cancel the order because of all this drama it's not even showing as an option.

    I do not know what fraud is suddenly going on. Big basket has always delivered my orders on time but from last two orders the services has just went downhill.

    I just want to cancel my order and want a refund.

    Order number which was cancelled by big basket for their operational constraint is Order No: MJPVO[protected].

    New order automatically placed by bigbasket minus 2 products from my original order is EJPRO[protected].

    Also not to mention I have mailed them yesterday on their appsupport mail and also to [protected]@bigbasket.com but what do you expect. No reply.

    So I have sent them my query through app- chat support. Every time they will give a reply after 12 hrs. Yesterday 13.6.22 they have finally cancelled my order. Now I am waiting for my refund.

    Big Basket is just a piece of thrash. I am facing same ###, and i guess now BB should shut down permanently

      After making a payment of Rs.524 from my Paytm Wallet, I recieved a message that my payment had failed. I again recieved a message that it was successful after a few minutes and a few hours later, I recieved another notification stating it had failed. The amount had already been debited from my Paytm Wallet hence I tried reaching out to BigBasket Customer Care but there's no way to get to them. I'm deeply disappointed. I'm having a really rough day and all I wanted is some calm and peace. I'm so frustrated at this point.

            I have ordered from bigbasket twice the same order and both the time it got cancelled and my money was transferred to bbwallet without my concern i have been trying to contact with the customer care from all the three option i.e email, call and chat from two days but no response, I just want my money to be transferred to my original payment source.

              Hi placed one order on 31st may in that i received one damaged product with few missing items. after that I placed a exchange request for which I got the confirmation that it will be exchanged by 6th June but on 6th June my request got cancelled and now I am unable to make any request on that order.

              Even customer care service is also very pathetic and after receiving a call they first listen the problem and after that they disconnect the call without any assistance

                I had placed an order on bigbasket on 27th May with expected delivery on 28th may. Order id is-TN-[protected][protected]. I did not receive the order. There were no phone calls or any update. The app simply showed delivered. After seeing the issue on the app i tried calling customer care which is pretty poor to respond but somehow I got connected. After 7-8 calls finally one agent told me that I'll get a refund for the order as it was a mistake from the delivery partner. It's 8 June today. Now big basket customer care does not receive calls or replies on their pathetic ask me service and I feel like I am begging for my money everyday. Please solve.

                    The above order delivered on 7.06.2022, Totally 10 items were missing when delivered, from that 1 item which is (lobia - red 200g pouch) were credited to bbwallet at Rs. 17 but the MRP i had paid is Rs. 25, Need to credit for 9 items as soon as possible. Repeated email complaints to customer service and repeated calls to the customer service phone and also on the company's portal have not had any effect, not even an acknowledgement.

                    This was informed to the delivery person, who confirmed with the office for getting the bbwallet credit in about 3 hours. Even after 24 hours and repeated complaints, nothing has happened.

                    Request for immediate resolution

                    Also, the delivery was nearly 2hours 50minutes delayed for which as per the company policy, compensation is required to be paid.

                      we have mentioned the bad quality of "CABBAGE & BEET-ROOT" on 05/06/22
                      But till now no further communications from them at all
                      The delivery is also 'OUT-SOURCE AGENCY i think so - he has forgotten 2 items & after that bringing back
                      will esteemed customers of yours to be treated like that only ???

                        Contacted Customer care and they said they will revert in 30 mins and later even when contacted on their website chat, there is no reply.

                          I have raised an order on big basket with a delivery slot of 7:30am-10:30am, i had a personal plans to go out but big basket came with a showstopper, till 6pm there were no whereabouts of my order, tried calling the customer support as per process and 4 times I have got fake promises that order will be delivered in 20min or 1hr max.
                          Are we fool here to pay and then wait unecessary

                            Placed an orded for eggs and fresh chicken. Time for delivery 8am to 11 am as provided by bb. No delivery.

                            For cancellation only two options given putting onus on me for cancellation. It is obvious that you do not want a reason highlighting your mistake of non delivery. Therefore the willingness to correct seems absent.

                            Tried calling customer service. Listened to music for 10 minutes and gave. Seems number of complaints is extremely high.

                            Will have to order lunch from outside courtesy bb.

                              My name is Abhilash from Kanpur.My order number is MLKFO[protected].
                              I ordered 2X packets of Fortune Soya chunks and 1KG of Saffola rolled oats which comes along a 400 gm of rolled oats packet. Also as my order was above 200 Rs. I got a free 15 rs worth falooda mix.But the 400 gm rolled oats was not given to me. i have also attached the photo as proof. When i asked the delivery man about the same, he told me that they didn't receive the packet from Lucknow and he asked me to receive the order and put online complaint as there was nothing he could do directly.I also wanted to record the video of the delivery man but he asked me not to do so or else he might lose his job.I have just received the delivery 15 minutes ago. I highly trust in Tata enterprises and I hope that my problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

                                  My Order was suppose to deliver on 23rd May but not yet delivered. I called several times to customer care number but no one gave a proper solutions. The agents name are Divya, Lavanya, Arshia, Wasim and Anush. On 24th May a delivered guy Mohit Giri called and said that he will deliver but no response from him after that. Please take actions against all the mentioned names and solve my issue ASAP

                                    This is regarding my order ( DX-WHO[protected]. I cancelled it on May 21 for some reason, then I got a message from bb that my refund will be credited to my source account within 24hrs, but till now(24 may) the money is still not credited, I tried contacting their customer service but they were not responding

                                      The above order delivered on 15.05.2022, one product Moov Instant Pain Relief Spray - Useful For Back, Joint, Knee, Muscle Pain & Sports & Fitness Injuries, was for 80G, but 35G product was delivered. This was returned to the delivery person, who confirmed with the office for getting the replacement in about 3 hours. Even after 24 hours and repeated complaints, nothing has happened.

                                      Also, the delivery was nearly 45 minutes delayed for which as per the company policy, compensation is required to be paid.

                                      To avoid the compensation, the company sent a message stating that the order was delivered on time.

                                      Repeated email complaints to customer service and repeated calls to the customer service phone and also on the company's portal have not had any effect, not even an acknowledgement.

                                        not the complaint.When accepted the payment it is the duty of bigbasket to deliver goods but not refund.
