This is regarding my order[protected] which was cancelled by bb for some reason which is only known to them. On 2nd May I got a mesage that amount will be credited to my source account within 24 hrs however I am still waiting. They are not responding via email phone or chat..i dont know what to do now. I am using BB from past 8 years and never happened like this. Please help me to get my refund as BB is unresponsive and behaving like a unprofessional company

I ordered vegetable, milk and all from BBDaily but next morning some of items are missing. I chat on BBDaily no reply and also I call the customer care no reply . All are busy . No refund no answer what to do. Whom to talk? I am fraustrated plz help me

    Dear Sir,
    This is to inform you that I have ordered a product (Borosil - Borosilicate Glassware
    ) through order No MKOVO[protected]. I have placed the order on 23rd March’22. The ordered product was supposed to deliver on 28th March’22 at my place. But on the day of delivery, I have received a message that due to unavailability of the product the order was cancelled. I have ordered the product for gifting purpose. So all my planning went in vain.

    I have some questions in this regard:-
    1. Why the ordered product was not delivered to me?
    2. Why did they take the order if they don’t have the stock?
    3. Why did they not able to take the product in stock within 5 days of the fully paid order?
    4. Why did they inform me about the cancellation of my order on the day of delivery?
    5. For any modifications in order, why they didn’t call the customer to confirm the same?
    6. Is it a one way communication only?

    I was very much upset to hear that someone else would take my ordered product. But I don’t able to understand the logic behind it. My product would come to me automatically by system only. How somebody else could take my ordered product? Moreover the funny fact is that Bigbasket is still taking the order for the same product. I have attached the screenshot of the same for your reference. Is it a right approach? Or is it an eyewash to collect the order only?

    In this case, I do feel that you should take proper action to this act and provide a proper resolution to me .

          I initiated the refund from wallet to source account by mailing bbdaily support on 24th April. They assured me, within 48 hrs, our team will contact me for this.
          Till 26th, I received no such call from them,
          I again mailed them no calls were received by me from your end, they again assured me they have escalated this issue, and a team will contact me within 48 hrs.
          As of right now, I have received no such call, and when I called support, they were saying they have already called me. They again escalated this issue and gave me a complaint no and 48 hrs.

          I don't know if this is a scheme of duping customers which is being played by BBDaily, but I want my money back. It's not a huge amount of money, and this should take this long.

          I tried calling and mailing them, and they keep on saying that within 48 hrs your issue will be resolved, but comes 48 hrs, and my issue is right where it was earlier.

          Please take strict action on this issue as earliest as possible.

                I have subscribed for milk and other products but they are not delivered on time. Amount is showing as deducted from my wallet but the order is not yet delivered. I am facing this issue from 3 days. Sometimes amount is showing as refunded but the same is not reflected in my wallet. I tried to chat with customer care but nobody is responding. Please escalate it. Thanks!

                  For order no.EXN-[protected][protected] there has been multiple debit. I had a chat regarding this ( service request [protected]) and was told amount will be refunded within a week, but still there has been no refund. It's over a week now.

                  I have submitted the bank debit statement and Gpay transaction details

                  Bigbasket is not addressing the refund and i need this complaint to be resolved at the earliest.

                    Hiee There!!

                    After a zillion customer care calls, and hundreds of mails I am at it again!!

                    Let me begin by asking...WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?????

                    What seriously is your problem, Am I the chosen one who is getting this special treatment or are there more idiots like me??

                    We shamelessly keep ordering from Big Basket and in return what we get is pathetic service and over the top pathetic responses.

                    My order has continuously been getting delayed by HOURS...not hour by HOURSSSSSS.

                    Firstly for national shipment you guys have given a delivery slot for 14hours if the slot is thissssss big make sure that the item gets delivered within 14 hours, what kind of pathetic service is this that even after been given a slot window of 14hours the order gets further delayed.

                    is 11:45 pm any time to deliver a product to a customer, firstly your delivery person doesn't show up and yet changes my delivery slot from his end, secondly they don't answer your call, thirdly when they do, they are late by HOURSSSS.

                    Can you tell me how can I get this fixed? Or tell me that you stupid customer you should immediately stop ordering from us because we will keep making a fool out of you.

                      As per my conversation with the customer care my account is deactivated due to "Returning High Value Product" for two times. That item was a pack of ghee which was leaked and a oil box which was in same condition. the concern was the product itself was not sealed and I only return package which was near to expiry, sometimes eggs were broken so delivery boy did not showed the product to me and himself returned it saying it is broken. So I cannot keep such a bad product. Big basket mentioned no question ask return on their website and they inactive account without asking single question to customer such a question.
                      Customer Care was not able to help me in this matter. I have a wallet balance and few orders pending on my account which were paid. Kindly activate my account asap. Otherwise I have no option left than escalating this issue in bigger audience Consumer forum and I will have to post a message regarding this on my social handle for such unfair treatment from Big Basket and loss.

                          Hi I recently bought items from Big Basket and it was COD. I did the payment through UPI and the scanner was given by the delivery guy and the payment was successful atmy end. After some time the customer executive calls and informs me that the payment is not reflected at our end and so pay using cash.
                          Although this was hard to believe, I believed them and made the payment through cash as it was promised that I would receive the amount in 4-7 banking working days to the original payment mode.
                          The payment was done on the 23rd of March and its 9th of April today, but still I'm yet to receive the refund. I contacted the customer service and they speak as a novice of this.
                          As I see there are multiple complaint about the same, I would like you to resolve this matter as soon as possible

                            On 22.03.22 I recharged my Big basket wallet with Rs.5000/- through my debit card, the amount got deducted and I received a message that Rs.5000/- was spent at One97 Communication L New Delhi, but the amount wasn't credited at my Big basket wallet. This is a huge amount and I need a resolve on this ASAP, how can 5k get deducted from my a/c and the wallet shows empty, the consumer care of big basket did not help either.
                            Need assistance, also would like to raise a complaint.

                              Sub:My order no. BB[protected] dtd 15th March 2022 for Rs. 216.74

                              I would like to bring to your notice that the above mentioned order was not delivered to me and was delivered somewhere else. I called the customer support twice and they told me that the money will be refunded. I am yet to receive it. I also have written to the customer service and there is no reply

                              Again today when I ordered items this morning at 7.30 am it was delivered to some other flat number ( order numberBB[protected] dtd 21st March for Rs. 413.
                              I called the customer service three times and I they told me that it will be delivered to me at the earliest and I m still waiting.

                              If this matter doesn't get resolved within the next 24 hours I will have to take it up with your higher officials.

                              I will definitely make it a big issue.
                              Please look into this matter immediately.

                                Today, on 18.03.2022, I have received only 6 packets of AMUL GOLD milk (each of 500 ml) against an ordered quantity of 7 packets. This has happened twice very recently. Upon reaching out to the customer care of the company, the executive assured of getting the shortfall quantity delivered in next 60 minutes max but never turned up, instead they had refunded the corresponding amount in the wallet. Today, being a festival (HOLI) in northern India, all the nearby shops are closed and hence not able to purchase it even from the market. The bigger concern is - They billed me for 7 packets whereas supplied only 6 packets. They only refunded the amount once I reached out to them. They are very much involved in promoting unethical business practices and seems, they do not have any control on the their supply chain.

                                    Order id : EXN[protected][protected] and order id : EXN[protected][protected] not delivered. I am bbstar member which entitles me guarantee delivery slot but bigbasket failed to deliver and are not ready to provide me acceptable resolution. After raising multiple escalation almost 5 times still bigbasket is not ready to talk or help me just ignored me . I such cases bbstar membership is not useful and it is not honored causing me stress to follow continuously with no resolution. I demand delivery today itself or bbstar membership refund.
