    I had ordered grocery items from bbdaily application and recharged money with 5091 amount.. But all the ordered were always undelivered.. I tried to order multiple times and thinking i can use my wallet amount but they are not refunding my money to my source account and showing false status of items as delivered of above inr900 amount. Everytime i am calling their executive they are responding it'll be taken care in next 48 hours but 48 hrs never happens. My money is stuck from april 1st week.

      I have credited 368/- on 23/03/20 to big basket daily wallet and placed order for 28/03/20. But due to lockdown they have not supplied orders. Also presently they are unable to supply orders. I asked for wallet balance to be credited back to the source bank account on 08/04/20 and they accepted but not crediting 368/- back. Phone no. [protected], mail id - [protected]@yahoo.com. Unable to take photos of chat with customer care

        From march 2020 iam facing delivery issue with bbdaily. Regularly complaining through their chat service but issue not resolved. Sent mail also to [protected]@bigbasket.com but no response. Every day they debit my account but do not deliver my requirement. They ask me to wait till 10am but no delivery done and when complaint raised they will refund. The same practice going on regularly. Request to resolve the issue and arrange for smooth delivery or cancel my account and arrange for total wallet balance refund.
        Complaints raised from 24.04.2020 #[protected], #[protected] and 25.04.2020 #[protected].

            For my March 2020 order, big basket delayed the delivery. So I had to cancel. Still they charged me 30 rs cancellation.

            The order was placed on 20th March.

            The customer service doesn’t reply.

              Hello team

              This is so unprofessional... This is the second time i am facing delivery issue.

              There 2 issues which i want to highlight -

              1) today on 24-april i ordered few food items - curd, milk, cheese slice and rawa/sooji
              Recieved the order but instead of rawa, roce flour has been delivered, which i don't require

              Either change the order or refund tje remaining amount. Sooji is for 53 and rice flour is for 28

              2) on 16 april, i ordered few food item's, among that, maggies was not there... So i raised request for refund of rs. 69/-, which i recieved, but next 2 days (17april, 18april) they deducted the amount of buffalo chitale milk which i didn't even subscribed and also not delivered.. And when i asked for refund they were very rude.
              I need the refund of rs.56/- (2 days milk)

              This is so so carelessness and unprofessional behaviour... Unnecessary deduction of money is happening. Please do the needful

                Today milk was not delivered, on chat box no proper reply was coming.
                Later when i wrote a mail, response received saying money will be refunded.
                My concern is as on 16th april 20, my wallet balance was rs.1087, after that we have taken milk only for 4 days which is around 200 only. Since today nothing is seen, all is showing balance zero. Kindly resolve this and retract all my data back in the app. This incident happened on 23.04.2020

                  They haven't refunded my entire amount and they aren't willing to refund it back to my bank either. My money is stuck with them and they keep taking money off of my wallet without reasons. I had placed an order. They canceled it. They should've refunded 911 rupees entire amount. Instead they took 184 rupees out of my wallet without reasons.

                    Placed an order on 10.04.2020 for 1 Kg Basmati Rice. It was to be delivered on 18.04.2020. It was not delivered but shown as delivered and money deducted from wallet. No action taken in spite of several chatting and several emails. 6 days have past. Really frustrated writing emails. For each email they create a new service request number. Hopeless customer care.

                      I am a user of supr daily, due to movements restrictions they are unable to deliver hence I subscribed for milk from bbdaily, just because I have hanged a supr daily bag despite of several complaints raised with them they refuse to put the milk packet in the bag, they just throw it dirtyly, n make the product unfit for consumption.

                            Online order was booked on 17.4.20 for groceries, food items and vegetables, but delivered on 20.4.20. One of the items was bread packet. Bigbasket delivered one packet of fresho whole wheat bread (Own brand of bigbasket) on 20.4.20 but the valid date is 19.4.20 with manufacturing date as 16.4.20.in fact, in our feedback on delivery of the order yesterday, the bad quality of the bread delivered (Turned into pieces) was reported together with our complaints on quality of other products but no response is received from them so far.
                            While compensating for the loss suffered by us, we request to take stern action against bigbasket for their sheer irreponsibility in showing negligence for delivering edible product which could have caused a serious health hazard to the consumer.

                              In the beginning of lockdown i have tried to order ration for which the transaction was accepted and suddenly cannot deliver the items due to lockdown imposed. Since then i have been waiting for next slot to be available which never happened for 2 weeks. And i have since been checking everyday for available slot. Finally today we got 1 slot available and tried to order the rations for the amount in the wallet. When checking out i found out that all the money in the wallet (Which is rs.1079 from 1500) have been taken out without my consent. I only came to know this because they were charging more during checkout. Which they should be deducting from the wallet that i have already paid last time. What service is this? Utterly disappointed. Have been loyal customer for more than 2 years now and they betrayed badly. I have even subscribed for a bb star so that i could get priority in deliver but instead they played badly.

                                  I have seen that the people in big basket daily are really unprofessional and unethical by not delivering the product, not responding to customer calls. It is getting deducted even if the product is not delivered.

                                  Customer care personals not providing the delivery executive contact details, and they are telling lies with out delivering the products

                                      I ordered gokul buffalo milk 1 leters, amul masti dahi 400 gm on 18/april/2020.

                                      and paid the money, but both items was not delivered and marked as delivered and when I call there customer care they told with in 24 hrs my money will be refunded, still today on 20/04/2020 no refund is given.

                                      It is very difficult to get the call to there customer care number [protected], [protected]. in both number it very difficult to get them.

                                      they only accepting prepaid order only.

                                      Please check and refund the money, otherwise i shall take legal action on it.

                                      Please beware of fake sale from bb daily.

                                        I have subscribed for Akshaykalpa slim milk. 2 packets

                                        I receive one packet of the same on 20th April. The second packet sent was a different one. Fresho Organic Cow milk.

                                        My complaint is that the packet used looks old and reused. The use by date on the packet is also faded and not visible.
                                        I suspect an adulteration here!!
