I buy some home product from bigbasket wit SBI debit card it says it provides me a 10%cash back in 3 months but it's more than 3 months and still I didn't got it.
I call customer service they said that I didn't paid using SBI debit card...they said I used payu but I didn't...so please help me... cause I don't have any payu account so how can I pay using it

    I didnt got any good response from custmor service excecutive ashwini and jaspal. I tried to contact them from 1.5 hour and my order got delivered 1.45 mins and then also i didnt got any good response from big basket excetutive.. Last they told me that you can take actions but all we cant say is we can apolise and no actions were taken against it by your excecutive.. My money got wasted as i ordered for my dinnr and as i received my order at 9:15 i had to take dinnr from outside. I want strict actions against it. My delivery slot was between 5 to 7:30 pm and i received my order at 9:15 pm

      Dear sir,
      I was ordering some food items from big basket of rs 1218 and i paid through airtel wallet. From my airtel wallet amount of rs 1218 debited but big basket did not receive the same payment.
      I taught to both executive over phone, airtel executive telling that they have made the payment but big basket executive telling that they didn't receive the payment.
      What shall i do at this juncture?
      Please do needful.

        Yesterday i was ordered some product from big basket it's clearly mention on my bill on there website that 10g maha much ã—20 units and i order 6 quantity but when i got my product i totally shocked that they gave me only 6 unit instead of giving me 20units 6 pouch i complain regarding this i email them coz they haven't pickup my phone so i m totally help less please help me and ask those # that where is my rest 114 units. I attached my bill as well as product just see it you are going to lough on it but this is ridiculous.

          This is the second instance of the same incident. I had ordered chicken from big basket and it was supposed to be delivered today between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm and guess what it's not yet delivered and when i checked the big basket app it shows delivered and they are not even refunding my money. They charged me for something which i have not even received and this has happened second time. Pathetic service big basket... Will never ever order from you again. This is ridiculous... U r cheaters.

              The code used to get a paytm cashback was not clear on where the code had to be inputted in order to get the cashback. It just said use at checkout but whether to be used on the big basket app or on the paytm app was not clear. Finally i spent the money with big basket unable to use the code. When i called customer service to complain about this, they said they were very sorry but could not resolve this. As a merchant who is offering the cashback and when all criteria's were met, i think a merchant should have means of resolving such issues.

                I feel very pity to inform this. This is not the first time i have faced this issue with big basket.

                Both people are not able to resolve order placed issues.

                They have changed time slots but still not placed my order

                Today, end of the day, you are not able to resolved my issue so i can complaint in the consumer department...

Worst even I recommended it to my neighbours and they laughed at me by seeing the rotten products. Worst worst worst worst. We do have details and pack of it and full of insects in it .

                  Bigbasket guys never placed order on time, Without any information automatically change time slot 3 times under the 3 days & also cancel order automatically. Now, Still it is not able to placed order after 3 days.Unhappy with customer care executive from Pune😡

                  Unhappy with customer executive from Pune because customer executive guys (Mr.Preetesh, Mr.Kundan Suthar & Mr.Piyush) never try to resolved this issues and also above three guys direct cancel my order. Customer executive guys deserve unprofessional language @bigbasket_com
                  Now, today Still changed time slots but still not placed my order,

                  Hopeless customer care boy and also order delivery system.

                  Please do not buy any product from the big basket
                  I purchased 1kg peas on 22jan18
                  Rs34.90showed when gave order but charged rs39. 90

                    Dear bigbasket, i had heard through various sources that the delivery from bigbasket is good and the products delivered are fresh. However, to my disappointment my delivery order no blkfvo[protected], was delivered in time but the ice cream buckets delviered were half empty and the manufacture date was may 2017. How can a fresh item like ice cream delivery on 29.12.2017 was produced in may 2017??? 7 months...

                    Please take necessary action, else me any my family shall never ever order any item from bigbasket

                      I am a regular with big basket. I loved to transact and scored their service a stellar rating as i ordered (On 24/12/2017) my most recent delivery request of christmas cake and some sweet and puffs for the folks housekeeping my bunglow in our absence in jubilee hills, hyderabad, telengana. Out of the three items ordered the puff order was cancelled due to unavailability (Very un-bb like, normally 'out of stock' is indicated); the packet of tiffany toffee arrived on 25th dec'17 around the later part of the expected delivery schedule (5-7:30pm). The christmas cake has not been delivered till now

                        Last weeks it was eggs tray on discount and I placed Bigbasket order for eggs tray...but to my shock, rotten eggs weer delivered by bigbasket..
                        See picture attached.

                        I need advice on how can I take this serious issue to Indian Govt or food authorities..

                        I will never shop from bigbasket...they do not do any quality check.

                        It could have been lethal for my health..
                        But i saw it and threw all eggs to waste

                        Ordered Washington apples and got rotten apples yesterday. its only when I was packing my daughter's tiffin and cut the apples I realized ALL the apples were rotten ! For all the advts and promises of fresh fruit and veggeis delivery, Bigbasket is a pathetic and I will never order from you again!

                          Both of the above mentioned orders, i had initiated the payment through paytm and the amount was credited in paytm, post that in bigbasekt page, i get an error saying 'your payment was not successful '.

                          When i requested customer care to check, they say, they cannot do anything about it.

                          I have ended up paying twice for the same orders for no reason.

                            I have purchased grocery through big basket on last week of october 2017 for which extra amount 942 was charged on my bill which was not yet refunded even after raising customer complaint ticket no:[protected]
                            Multiple remainder emails were sent and they cheated saying amount will be refunded. Not replying to email any more. It’s been already two months and still amount not refunded. Need to get my amount refunded at the earliest

                            You have not refunded the amount so far.

                                Hlo bigbasket I didn't received cashback from pytm .As per your scheme I can shopping Rs 1546 and get Rs150 cashback via pytm .I can remind you at least 8, 9 times but didn't solve my problem. I can shopping 30 Nov 2017 at 11:55 completed.your reprsentive says Ke aapka cashback as jyga pytm Ka issue chal RHA h don't worry aapka cashback as jyga .I am very dissatisfied .so solve my problem. I sure from bigbisket did solve my problem.Thanks

                                  I ordered on 18:20 with service promised to deliver within 3 hours,and at 20:29 i missed one call from the call center,i thought maybe my delivery reached then i came to my gate immediately on 20:30,but no one there at my gate,and my order was canceled by bb side. I then called back,bb person online told me the delivery boy was at my gate but couldn't contact with me so they cancel my order. But it was a lie because i have gate security of my own they told me no one ever visited my house. And i didn't get any call from the delivery boy. So i told bb call center i was at my gate and the delivery person was not there. Then he told me he would reach in 5 minutes. But after 10 minutes no one reached,i then complained to your call center,they again told me my delivery would reach within 15 minutes. And i waited for 20 minutes still no one.

                                  And then my order was replaced to deliver on 6th dec,and some good was out of stock,which made me really angry

                                  I already stop to use bigbasket service again and don't want any order now,but i think this time the delivery person and its call center service person should be punished because they are lying to customer

                                    The duck egg which i received in my last order is old and spoiled.. I had to through it.. As it had a bad smell.. So cant claim for a return...
                                    Last time also i had complained and sent a feed back. That the leaf (Lettuce, loloroso) item and banana stem which i received were not fresh.. But did not receive a reply from your side..

                                      Rs 1586 paid thru debit card for bb items on nov 25, 2017.
                                      Customer id mnofvo[protected].
                                      Amount debited from my axis bank 25/11/2017.
                                      Due to wrong application of discount scheme by bb it cancels my transaction. Promises refund in 24 hours.
                                      Rs 1586 i paid is neither in my bb wallet nor in my bank account till date, 30 november2017.
                                      Not even a sms from bb on the refund and timeline till date.
                                      My mail to customer care have also not been addressed.

                                        I placed order on 17nov17 and on delivery card swiped twice but payment not done. 1250 amount deducted but not credited in bank account. Its been 12 days stil no reversal done. Mailed to customer care but no response received. I am a regular customer and this kind of response is not acceptable..
                                        Big basket is cheating its regular customers.
                                        Kindly check at your end and get my amount back.
