This complain is regarding the service provided by the delivery person. I had booked a delivery 24 hours before, they had called twice, but I was busy in some call. It took me 1 minute to call back the number from which the call came, but it went to call centre where they couldn't track down the delivery person within 1 minute. What kind of business is bigbasket running where they themselves cannot track or contact their delivery executives. They expect the user to be free for their call always or else they will reschedule the delivery as per their requirement. They even cannot wait for 1 minute. Very bad experience because if they expect us to be so free than we can go o shops & buy the things. Order # MBVO[protected]. BigBasket.com is the worst website which has harassed me by not providing what they have assured, so to avoid others being fool this should be turn down.

When i peeled off the top of the orange they were black on the top from inside!!
The four other were also in a sorry state i had to throw all of them please look into this

    Big basket is an online grocery selling store. I was purchasing lot of groceries on regular basis. I used to keep money in my big basket account wallet. From 1st jan17, my online account is blocked by bigbasket team. My wallet amount is not paid to my bank account. When i complaint to their customer care team on mail and via phone, they said they cannot activate the account because of multiple accounts made on same address. i asked them why they allowed multiple account to be made on same address. They said their backend team has blocked the account and they don't have further orders to give the wallet amount back to customer. I am victim of Bigbasket. wallet amount of 2000 Rs approx was maintained in my wallet which big basket has looted from me by blocking my account. please help me to get my bigbasket wallet amount.

      Some vegetables were delivered to my residence on 20.03.2017 against my order No. BK[protected] . Out of the delivered items I found the following items either partially or completely rotten:
      1.Beans; French Beans, organically grown - half the quantity rotten.
      2. Broccoli - rotten
      3. Diced Papaya - unripe and not fir for consumption.
      4. Tomato mostly rotten.
      This was my fifth order . The vegetables I received against my previous orders were all fresh and fully satisfactory. I am not loosing faith on you and continue to put my orders in future, as and when required and would expect that in future there will be no occasion for any complaint.

      I ordered apples today through big basket. The mrp is 199 and they are charging 209. When contacted, they said they will refund the 10rs. I am really not concerned about 10rs. But really about the ethics the company is following.
      Why do they provide a customer service number that cannot be reached????

        Big Basket Is a worst Website for ordering online for Groceries and any thing..! And the customer care is even Worst..! They give false commitment to customer who are waiting for their products.!

        a deliver guys call me and says that your address is wrong. how can my house is wrong he wants exact position like where he has to take a right turn, left turn. then when i called he told me that the product will be delivered by scheduled time.
        but it did not get delivered . when i called once again he says he due to technical problems it will reach tomorrow.
        then i called the customer asked to transfer the call to superior. he disconnected my call.
        once again called the customer care he told me the deliver boy is stuck in traffic.
        then supervisor says due to technical problem it will be delivered tomorrow. they give false commitment and waste our time and also not deliver the items which we ordered.

        and i had made online payment and also delivery charges was applied and if i ask for a refund he says it takes 8 working days to return to bank.

        these guys are cheating customers by false commitment. if was a electronic goods we would have waited for some time. but its a food product for whic old aged people will be waiting for their dinner or lunch.

        plz do take action against the company. and a review to customer never ever order anything from big basket. may be they deliver it after 20 days by giving commitment as 12 hrs.

          I have ordered brown rice (Pro Nature Organic - Brown Sonamasoori Rice, 1 kg Pouch​), when we opened the pack for cooking, unfortunately the rice smells very bad.
          This is the second time, i found the bad quality of the product, earlier it was with the Organic eggs, which IS delevered with the expired date, and again replace with the same expired eggs..which we thrown in the dust bin...

          Before many times, IT IS delivered bad quality fruits and vegetables which i ignore, but this is repeated again and again in other products as well.

          This makes me to stop buying the product from bigbasket and alert all my neighbors, friends and colleagues to stop buying product from ur website.

            On 4/03/2017, I placed order (Order Id : MPO[protected] through PayZapp using HDFC Credit Card. And the money got deducted 2 times. I reached customer service and they told me it will be refunded back to me within 7 working days. But till now I didn't get my money back.
            I have attached the screenshot of 2 times money deduction of the bank transaction. Kindly look into the matter.

                I placed an order with bigbasket NAGPUR #MNGO[protected] one 6th march to be delivered on 7th march between 4:30-7pm. That order has been push D by your guys 4 times by now saying they are unable to fine the address and unable to reach me. I have given three Mobile numbers and it's not possible that your guys can't reach even a single one. Also after they changed slots twice I have detailed written directions on bigbasket app but still I received a message saying I am unavailable????
                The numbers I provided are [protected], +[protected] and +[protected] and if you want I can give 2 more numbers[protected] and +[protected]. Now I really don't know what else I am supposed to do. The same thing happened to my last order which I had to cancel Order #MNGVO[protected].

                  I have been ordering fresh lemon for almost once in every week. It is so green and not fresh. No quality is provided. Am staying in Coimbatore near race course. Today morning at 10.30 to 1.30 slot I had ordered fresh limon. It's very green and has no good quality lemons. Fresh ones indicate yellow color ripe lemons which are of good quality. Please look into the issue and solve my problem.

                    So my request is kindly provide me four things so that your customers will be fully satisfied.
                    These four things are :
                    1. LICENSE NUMBER OF THE TRADER ie BIG BASKET.
                    2. LICENSE NUMBER OF THE GROWER ie the farmer who is growing organic products.
                    3. TRANSACTION CERTIFICATE ISSUED IN MY NAME.
                    4. SCOPE CERTIFICATE.

                      Dnt take ur customers for granted, i[censored] r running a business so successfully this all because o[censored]r customers, dnt befool ur customers ..in today's world there r various options available in the market for getting grocery items. People using ur services just because of ease of timings that u ppl r providing to the buyers but when this easiness turns into befooling people then dont think for long time profit with ur existing buyers...and our reviews are enough for ur potential buyers to understand the services provided by you!!! y order has been put on hold or delayed for twice without any prior info by ur customer services n more ur CC executives... dnt giving proper information on making multiple calls n even cutting d calls in between mindfully, is this ur services n way...to deal with ur existing customers? lz get some attiquettes to ur employees and in ur services too for better business.

                      More who will refund me for cancellation as u ppl r fast for deducting money on cancellation from customer front but what about customer's compensation? is their money illegally earned ? and one more thing ...u ppl r providing a toll free number but why my money got deducted after making calls to ur customer care? who will pay my that loss?

                      Big Basket has delayed delivery of goods for more than an hour. the slot for delivery was 5:00 pm to 8:00pm on March 2, however, there has been no intimation by the company or reason specified for the delay. I have yet to receive the goods which I have paid for already.

                        Today i got my order delivered and fortunately i did not rely on the brand Big Basket but checked all the production / best before dates. Most eatable products are not present date but Nov'16- Jan'17 but have a shelf life of 9 to 12 months. However, I got an expiry date Sahiba kashmiri mirch powder. I had better experience with other online stores and new to Big Basket which I am finding not very professional.

                          They later say that, the T&C has been revised and the order should not have any oil items. I am not sure about the logic here. I am ready to purchase order worth more than 2000 and get the promo code applied, you can apply the code as similar to before 1-Jan-17 . I don't have any other term to use other than the word "cheating". This I was not expecting from Bigbasket.

                            I have placed an order and paid by card on 14.02.2017 which I have cancelled on the same day and requested refund in my bank account. Bigbasket has replied to refund by 7-8days.today being the 8th day, I check my account and seeing no refund, asked them to refund.first they lied they paid on 14/02/2017, then they lied it will take 3-4more days to settle.again they lied they paid 15/02/2017.even after several requests they are not providing me neft number/bank name/IFS code.only giving me a inane ARN number and reference number through which it is unable to trace.with their replies it was clearly understood that they have not processed anything. I just want my hard earned money back.as per my knowledge RBI doesn't have any guidelines to delay any online transactions. If they had processed really, it would have credited to my account by now or they could have provided me the neft numbers/IFS code/bank name. They are not providing anything what I asked for.RBI doesn't hold transactions to settle down which are already made.i am being harassed by them. Now I want my money with interest from them.

                              Today I placed an order for cake from bigbasket as it was my father's birthday today. The time slot allotted was between 12:00-1:00. It not only got delayed by an hour but also it got melted. All the icing and the message washed off. This wasn't enough. When I called the customer care they instead of providing me the replacement or any other suitable option, suggested me to return the product and they will refund the money. If I have planned a party for which I have ordered a cake, where will I go at the 11nth hour in search of cake. Highly disappointed. Pathetic service.

                                I want to raise a complain against big basket my money was detected on 31st January 2017 and till now i have not receive my refund .The manager Mr Sashi told that the money has been refunded it will come in 3 to 5 working days but it did not came.The all mistake was from there side and they where telling its bank issue and pay u gateway issue, where as pay u send them a mail that it is pending from bigbasket then also they were not committing that it was there fault.They are very lazy in there work and they workers are not updated with all details. They are always telling lie and bluffing the customer. And still i am struggling with them to get my money back.

                                  I have placed an order through their mobile app. the money was deducted from my icici pockets wallet and due to some technical issue at their end the order was converted to cod instead of paid. i cancelled the order and now they are saying i have placed a cod order so they didn't have any information regarding payments. i contacted them several times on the phone and they hung up saying we have forwarded your request to concerned department. i sent them several emails regarding the concern for which i haven't received any replies. here are the details

                                      I booked it on the previous day. I had to cancel the item.

                                      When I called them, they said, they had huge volume of shipments to be delivered.

                                      Though I had ordered the previous day, I had to cancel my order as they were not sure when the order will be delivered.

                                        I am writing this with highly disappointed with the quality of product ordered at BIG Basket. This is regarding order# A-BBO[protected] placed for Heart Shaped - Almond And Orange Cake. Cake is spoiled with fungus in it. It is unfit to eat. This is unacceptable. Paying 500 Rs to get fungus infected cake. Spoiling Valentine day's special.
                                        I am first timer to Big basket with high disappointment. I would not recommend anyone to buy orders from here.

                                        What is the quality check happening from Big Basket????

                                        Its playing with people health, money and TIME!!!.
