I have ordered apples along with multiple items on 18th may 2016, order no 'dx-mguo[protected]' in express delivery.

Apples delivered by big basket were rotten, so i called them on 19th may at 07.30 pm to arrange pick up (Which in turn was promised by big basket at max 8.35 pm) and they promised to return back my money only after pickup. However, no one showed up till 9.45 pm and then i again called...

Up till 3 months ago I had a positive experience with Big Basket. The last time I ordered, my delivery never showed up in spite of making follow up calls. Eventually, I cancelled the order. Today out of 20 items, 4 were missing and 3 were damaged. Luckily, I had not paid by card.
