Hi, I tried to ordered something from big basket.com on 13th August 2023, but due to connectivity issues my payment didnt went through and now today when i opened the bigbasket app its showing a negative balance of 27.13 Rs. They are cheating their customers just because payment didnt went through and now if i have to use the app, first i have to pay 27.13 Rs.
