Bigbasket.com — Big Basket Account deactivated unhelpful customer care

Big basket has deactivated my account with out a reason. On 4th they failed to.deliver the sausages and when I call customer care they refund the amount in my wallet, from yesterday the account says deactivated and the customer care team is not helping
