Bigbasket.com — bigbasket daily fraud

I have never seen an unprofessional organization like bisgbasket daily.. They donot deliver product and then when you inforrm them that the product they say that nothing can b done as the product shows delivered in their system.

On 5th of april, 67 rupees were deducted against the delivery of 1 ltr milk, however in reality they had not delivered anything. When i called the customer care regarding this, they said its customers fault.. Their delivery guy has delivered it at 5:55 am.. They told me that i need to submit video proof that delivery did not happen.. I would also like to inform others not to fall in their trap.. They are highly unprofessional
