From my mobile number [protected] i placed order no. A-mmoo[protected] of rs.2758/ around 28-mar (Date is not showing anymore in my mobile app). Big basket has neither delivered it nor refunded the amount back to me. Complaints to their customer care have been raised many times under ticket numbers #[protected], #[protected] and #[protected] but no action has been taken yet and now they have disabled option to enter any more message to them against said tickets.
It will be great if my amount can be returned and some penalty is imposed to the company for unethical practice.
