Bigbasket.com — cancellation of paid order and refund in wallet (not in bank account)

Order placed on 20.3.20 vide accepted and paid order no.[mnovo[protected]] has been cancelled a day after the delivery date. If you couldnt provide services in time.. Then why you did you provided any slot for delivery in the first place. Or else you should have clearly mentioned that the orders might get cancelled. We trusted you for the services.. But even after canceling the order you refunded the money in wallet and not in customers account. This is purely cheating.
This is completely wrong and unfair. Moreover there are no customer care chat service or contact numbers to register any complain. I want a refund of the paid amount in my account at the earliest.
