Bigbasket.com — Account Deactivated with wrong Reason
I am the customer for BigBasket for almost 6 months.I am using the service very actively. But when on 3 Dec 2022 i opened My App to order it shows my account has been inactivated and i need to reach out to Customer Care. When call Customer Care they said don't know reason and asked me to contact [protected]@bigbasket.com. When i dropped mail they responded back after 5 hours stating that "We would like to inform you that as per the update from the fraud-prevention team, we noticed that the account was deactivated for misusing promotional offer the Bigbasket policies and the same cannot be activated".
This is really rediculous. On what justification the team says that i am misusing my account and even without prior notice team simply inactivated accout
I said that the executive 27 nov 2022 your app is not working properly or technical error due to I ordered only one time but due to erroe multiple time means 3 times amount are deducted next day bigbasket accept and send me mail and they accept due to erroe or conflict the order so all orders are cancelled. But after this 8 days no money was received or refunded . And Today 3 dec 2022 bigbasket deactivate my account this very harras to me. How can happened this behave to a customer
Because this mistake is bigbasket and they blaim me
I again request to plz activate my account [protected].
Other wise I post this the social media and request to all my near and dear to bycot the bigbasket. And I file the defamtion of individual court case due to my reputation in society Was this information helpful? |
