I have been a customer of BigBasket since 2018 and order regularly every week. Since yesterday, I was unable to log in using my credentials and upon contacting customer service, I was told that as per records, it had been noticed that I was misusing the Bigbasket policies, and hence, the account has been deactivated.
I fail to understand what policies I could have violated by placing an order regularly every week. Furthermore, I received no email or any intimation of any sort in respect of deactivation of my account.
Further, I am having a Wallet balance in my BigBasket account. No information has been given to me about this wallet balance and the money seems to have been usurped by your company. Was this information helpful? |
