Bigbasket.com — Delivering low quality products | |||||
We pay a bit extra to bigbasket everytime compared to other local shops. For each delivery we receive a low quality item from bigbasket. Everytime I have to call them and get the refund and this process is never ending. Twice I escalated to higher level support and someone had promised for a call back and I never received it. Everytime I call I receive the same response saying 'We are sorry. We will take a complaint' But I never got any track of any of the complaints in the application or they never share the complaint ID. They promise everytime that they will check with the team who is responsible for packing the products. But it never happens. I am wondering they do not even check the products before packing /sending for delivery. Was this information helpful? | |||||
