[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — delivery services | |||
This is to bring into your kind notice that i have been enquiring regularly on phone and email regarding no delivery in my area i. E new friends colony, new delhi. I have been repeatedly told due to technical n operational issues all this is happening... But today surya ur customer care representative said that its a restricted area so the services are withdrawn. I wish to know from past 15 days when i am calling so many times, mailing so many times why couldn’t you inform then?? Secondly what kind of professionalism is this that u withdraw services whenever u feel like without informing the customers??? Thirdly why u don’t have a deadline for the same if you are planning to resume services??? If the services are suspended for indefinite period u need to inform the customers. This is highly unprofessional and not expected from you. I hope to receive a concrete reply responding to all my queries. Please donot send whimsical corporate replies without specications.
