I had ordered bbroyal brand brown sugar from bbdaily.
I found its coloured white sugar, felt cheated, when I raised it to bbdaily customer care..first they said we do quality check, you should raise issue in 48 hours, after another follow up they refunded amount without any question.
I was npt looking for refund but complete check about product quality. I used to order monthly grocery frombbdaily app however now after this incident, I will be stopping to order any grocery from bbdaily.
It is serious quality issue, I dont think its one packet problem 😕 Was this information helpful? |
