I ordered groceries from big basket and choose a slot of 8:00pm-11:00pm as given by their app, but got a call from delivery guy that it’s late and he needs to go home, on humanitarian grounds i agreed that please deliver it in a the morning latest by 8:00am.
After calling several times in morning he didn’t answer and my order shifted for Wednesday without my concern and they removed stuff from my inventory without prior notice.
I called the customer care to seek help but instead of giving me any solution or taking any action for this false promise the customer cate executives(sohail and jayant) try to put me on hold which as you can know costed me another ₹50.
For you guys this can be a small thing but for me this is a big thing because there is no flour at my house because of this blunder and no one in this company is ready to take the responsibility.
