I have made an express delivery with big basket and i was supposed to get my delivery by thu 26 may 2016 before 07:32 pm and for the same payment was done online mode. I have not yet received my delivery. As per their website i have tired calling them on[protected] with no response and in addition big basket customer care number tel: +[protected]Blr) seems to be invalid. Hence i was unable to reach out to anyone regarding the delivery. I have ordered perishable items like fish, i have no clue when the delivery would be delivered and in what condition. Please find the details for the same. May 26, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The inconvenience in delivery was caused due to traffic issue. Delivery was done late but i have got all my products in good condition. I would thank the big basket team for the service and would suggest big basket to notify their customers if the delivery is late.
