Bigbasket.com — i had paid online for an order at lucknow which was not delivered to me neither was money refunded.

It is really ridiculous that after repeatedly contacting the customer service team both through text message and email, my order mlkvo[protected] was not delivered and neither was the money refunded. I had already paid online an amount of 1300inr. The status is also tampered with the bigbasket app, where status seen as complete.
Stern action should be taken about the concerned team of bigbasket lucknow for the fraud.

Updated by Surochita My money should be refunded immediately, or my order should be delivered. Such a fraud by bigbasket will lead to the company lose reputation as well as customers

I ordered today 21.06. And it was told that it will get delivered with in10.15. I did not get any calls any notification. And it says " we cancelled the order as per your request". I want to know when have I asked to cancel. Why I was not told? Why I did not get any call? I needed those products.
I am going to consumer court if not resolved.
