[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — I'm complaining about extortion of money | |||
I ordered from Big Basket and chose the card on delivery option. However, the delivery agent made me pay twice, saying the first time was a failure. Now Big Basket is not returning the money. This is a clear example of how Big Basket extorts money out of their customers. The customer service isn't even replying to my concern. The first time they asked me for bank statement and after providing that they said there were technical issues and said they'll get back to me within 24 hours. They haven't gotten back to me yet and there customer service is dead. They stole Rs. 478 off me and I would like a full refund with amends made. Was this information helpful? | |||
