As per my conversation with the customer care my account is deactivated due to "Returning High Value Product" for two times. That item was a pack of ghee which was leaked and a oil box which was in same condition. the concern was the product itself was not sealed and I only return package which was near to expiry, sometimes eggs were broken so delivery boy did not showed the product to me and himself returned it saying it is broken. So I cannot keep such a bad product. Big basket mentioned no question ask return on their website and they inactive account without asking single question to customer such a question.
Customer Care was not able to help me in this matter. I have a wallet balance and few orders pending on my account which were paid. Kindly activate my account asap. Otherwise I have no option left than escalating this issue in bigger audience Consumer forum and I will have to post a message regarding this on my social handle for such unfair treatment from Big Basket and loss.
