Bigbasket.com — Money deducted through BigBasket App, order not placed

On 8th of June, I was placing my order in the bigbasket app for an amount of Rs 1751. The mode of payment was credit card and the money got deducted but the order wasn’t placed.

It has been 4 days since this issue and I am yet to receive my refund. I have shared with BB all the transaction proofs from my bank, and my bank has confirmed that the money has been charged on my credit card.

After speaking with a bigbasket agent, who said this is impossible, all signs point the bigbasket app being hacked and customers losing their money through unethical means.
