Aug 23, 2022 Updated by Jessy bhupathi I cancelled it on august 9 for some reason, then I got a message from bb that my refund will be credited to my source account within 24hrs, but till now(23 august) the money is still not credited, I tried contacting their customer service but they were not responding Verified Support Aug 31, 2022 BigBasket.com Customer Care's response We regret the inconvenience caused, we request you to share us the registered contact number.
