I am sharing my step by step scenario against wrong deactivation of my account .
1- I have ordered health drinks or some health products on 03/11/2023 invoice No. XXXXX ..
2- After delivery i have found that some of your delivered products are near expiry date.so i called customer care and he said your return & replacement will be done next morning.
3- Next day i have not received any call from BigBasket regarding return & replacement .So i called the next day to customer service and shockingly they said my account has been deactivated and told me to activate the account by sending an email.
4- I have sent an email to [protected]@bigbasket.com to activate my account in reply I found that my account has been suspended by the operations team due to a bulk order.
5- I want to inform u that if i am doing bulk order then why did not cancel my order after placing an order immediately my account has been deactivated when i raise a return request for nearly expiring products.and for my knowledge grocery means monthly usage of products so how can u say that it is bulk order.And it is also my first order from BigBasket.
