Bigbasket.com — Need compensation for the fraud/scam

Ordered 4 items from Big Basket on Sunday (16/06/2024). But I have received only 3 items around 5:30 pm 16/06/2024. I am not available so family members took delivery. After reaching home at 9 pm I found item was missing and reached chat support they immediately refunded the amount to Big basket wallet not allowed me to speak and disconnected the chat after that I have reached call support as I need product but it is out of stock. On the call store manager informed product is out of stock and cannot be delivered meanwhile escalation desk people are disconnecting the call while I am speak after 3 hours of fight midnight around 12:00 am 17/06/2024 missing items were delivered. But the product delivered was near expiry date expiring on 17/06/2024. As it caused me lot of frustration and they disconnecting calls and chats. i have escalated on social media that i need compensation but they recklessly calling without information and wasting my time. I am ready to go for what ever extent required but I need compensation for the worst service.
