[Resolved]  Bigbasket.com — Reactivating bb account

My bb account is deactivated without giving me any reason.I had a refund for one of the product credit in my bb wallet of amount 1000rs.
Please activate my account one time atleast so that i can use that amount or transfer that amount to source account.

I was surprised to find that my BigBasket account has been deactivated without any prior notice. I currently have a balance of ₹1000 in my BB wallet, which I am unable to access. This was my very first order on BigBasket, and I am genuinely disappointed by this experience.
I kindly request you to temporarily reactivate my account for at least 24 hours so that I can utilize the wallet balance. I assure you that I have not engaged in any suspicious activity and will fully comply with your platform’s guidelines moving forward.
