I have this morning received from you the above product - order id mmo[protected], delivery statement no.[protected], which i am unable to use as i cannot charge the reusable batteries. No cable has been provided with the product and i would like to know how i can charge the batteries. Please send me the required cable immediately. I have spoken to your customer service dept. And conveyed my problem.
