Bigbasket.com — non delivery of ordered goods | |||||
On 25.03.20 i placed online order worth rs.3192/- and also paid online but message received due to movement restriction we can not make delivery. I tried again after checkout i was told that out of 13 items only 4 or 5 items (Only buscuits) are available and we will be notified for rest items then i confirmed only 3/4 items but after clicking checkout i got message slot not available. Then i got message that some are now available i again tried to order and again selected those items in my cart the value came around 2192/- aprox i was told to checkout now again they said slot not available. I was so irritated and send them mail but no reply. Yesterday again i tried and again some items we not available so checkedout whatever was available (11 items) rs.1040/- but got message your cart is empty whereas i see all items in cart. I again tried today morning for 9 items (2 reduced) for rs.672/- i checkedout and after checkout i was on payment page and paid from big basket wallet now when i was told to place oredr my cruiser hanged on place order and i could not place order. The whole story is not 100% correct may be i forgot some thing but 95% is correct. I think they do not have stock but they should tell us clearly on thier site before we proceed further. They say only on last page of order. These type of people must get a good lesson as we buy during our life but on this hard time they mislead us.
