Firstly the order for which i had paid 1300 inr was not delivered yet shown complete, now the remaining balance in the bigbasket wallet 1600 has been used automatically for the same order by the customer support team of bigbasket who say that the items will be delivered today evening. That means although i have not received the items two times money has been deducted for the items. Take stern action against the bigbasket team, and see that my money is not lost to such fraudsters Was this information helpful? | |||

Quality of vegetables not fresh . Also banana ordered weighed less. This is the third time I am getting vegetables which are not up to the mark. You need to change your supplier immediately to retain your customers. Banana stem returned twice as it was hollow from inside. Clear case of cheating by the supplier. But thanks for the refund.
