Bigbasket.com — Order accepted but not interested to deliver.

We have placed orders on bigbasket online and paid online.Our delivery
time is 6-9 a.m.16th today. So far not delivered. Contacted their phone numbers.No reply.Hence we are placing the complain.

Updated by rajaparvai Now the order is cancelled for the mistakes done by bigbasket.and the refund order is intiated .But this is
not the complaint.When accepted the payment it is the duty of bigbasket to deliver goods but not refund.
