I placed the above order for delivery on 26.06.23 in the 10.30 - 12.30 slot .At 10.30 the status showed out for deliver . At 12.40 I contacted the customer on chat to ask for a time as to when it would be delivered and was told " It will be delivered today " ! When I said that I have other work and need to to know the time so I could leave the house I was told a call back will be arranged . At 1.10 I called your helpline and was given the same answer that a call back will be arranged . At 1.32 I got a call to say that the team is not being able to contact the delivery person so no further details can be given !~ If this is help then I am afraid my definition of help differs from yours ! Once an order has been placed one has to wait with folded hands to get the delivery leaving aside all other work outdoors ! Why was I called if there were no information to give ?
