I placed an order: NJMHDO[protected] on 19th June, delivery date shown as next day i.e., 20th. But till 21st not delivered and status updated as Order Complete. I searched for local big basket contact number and called and he said, we have some issues and money will be refunded. I used big basket wallet as my payment method and till today money was not refunded and no further update was provided to me via sms/mail.
Today I contacted bigbasket support team and they are saying they don't know anything and said they will arrange a callback. Was this information helpful? |
