[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — Payment fails again & again | |
Paying bigbasket is a Big Problem. This is the 4th Instance I ma facing this issue, everytime my Blood Pressure increasing 1- Payment Transaction Failed paying via Laptop using PayTM Wallet 2- Payment Transaction Failed paying via Laptop using Credit Card 3- Payment Transaction Failed paying via MobileApp using PayTM Wallet 4- Payment Transaction Failed paying via MobileApp using Credit Card 5-Tried to fund the Bigbasket Wallet via Laptop using Credit Card 6-Tried to fund the Bigbasket Wallet via MobileApp using Credit Card I dont have CASH Nothing of this worked. Spent 1 Hr Already...Totally frustrated...Called Customer Service...Poor guys have no clue about these technical things...Whole Technical team should be sacked ...It's alredy 1 month this issue persists and still no resolution...PATHETIC Was this information helpful? | |
