Order id mmfo[protected]
I ordered goods worth 1222/- and made online payment on 20th july 2020 and as per the app the expected delivery on 25th july 2020.
I received notification on 24th july that the goods have been packed and except couple of items, everything rest will be delivered.
The next day, on 25th july when i was expecting their delivery, suddenly a message popped stating that it can't be delivered due to location not serviceable.
My question here is, if it wasn't serviceable, then why did you take order in the first place. Secondly, why accept payment when you won't deliver. Thirdly, why the order cancelled on the delivery day. Sheer nonsense. Then they take another 8-10 days to refund the money. Loss of time, money and energy for the customer.
