I had placed an order on bigbasket on 27th May with expected delivery on 28th may. Order id is-TN-[protected][protected]. I did not receive the order. There were no phone calls or any update. The app simply showed delivered. After seeing the issue on the app i tried calling customer care which is pretty poor to respond but somehow I got connected. After 7-8 calls finally one agent told me that I'll get a refund for the order as it was a mistake from the delivery partner. It's 8 June today. Now big basket customer care does not receive calls or replies on their pathetic ask me service and I feel like I am begging for my money everyday. Please solve.
