I had placed order on 4th June 2019. Mistakenly instead of 1 Kg Madhur Sugar, 5 Kg Madhur Sugar order was placed. After delivery of the product, when I reached home, I came to know about it.
From 5th to 13th June 2019, I contacted BB Customer Care many a times to report about it and asking them to arrange for a pick up of the item. Every time I was assured that the item shall be picked up the very same day.
On 10th June 2019, I had placed another order. When the delivery boy visited to deliver the products, I asked him to pick up that item but he declined to do so. Probably, it was not his assigned task, that's why.
Yesterday, I had sent e-mail also in this regard to customer care, but no action or communication at their end.
Even after 11 days of pursuing with the issue, no lead or appropriate action so far.
Kindly look at it seriously, or else I may have to take a stringent action on it. Was this information helpful? |
