[Resolved]  Bigbasket.com — poor service delivery by bb

I have ordered BB on 13th for 14th delivery slot on 1900 hrs to 2200 hrs, MBO [protected], however it was rescheduled to next day. The same has been happened so many times, the executive without reaching the address will decide to reschedule . Reason always give as my number is not reachable.
So if I have to navigate on call to reach my address why the address is mandatory to provide. It can be on call instead.

So many times items are sub standard, while reporting no proper resolution no proper response instead of a readymade reply - pls return it is, we will replace it or refund it.

Is that for a customer will order and plan schedule delivery slot. Wasting time to waiting for delivery.

When complaint on customer care, said they maintain quality standards for delivery ..

So many times the delivery person has delivered my orders to my neighbour in ground floor, where as my address is clearly says in 1st floor, Even I have not received a single call.

Today also same, he called me I was in toilet, till came out he rescheduled the slot and left.

If that case why before item's were delivered at my neighbour house which is not my address.

Poor quality of food products and poor service delivery is frequently happening with BB.

If there is no quality of products and delivery why they charge against service.

Request authority to get an eye on the BB.

As today I have received the order without a single call, it was landed in ground floor however my address is in 1st floor. Then Yesterday how come without call attending BB said they can't deliver.

I have opted a card payment on delivery and card machine was working, so I had to pay by cash. And after the delivery person left immediately I got SMS on my debit that it's already paid.
However I called him back and taken the cash back, if I delay by 2 mins I would have to call BB and request my refund, where I no fault even though I have to go through unnecessary explanation.

This proves the quality service of BB is not customer friendly it's complicated and the delivery department and BB staff make them rolling business.

FYI there was no such call, infact the conversation not at all over nor resolved by your team.

If I write to you it would be waste of time like postmortem on dead body, it never actioned before nor it will be now.
