[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — product expired and as i complained online they changed the order and claimed it wasn't delivered nor charged

Ordered chicken and after 3 days on freezer realized the expiry date was 3 months ago.
Texted to customer service and as we chatted they changed the order on my profile and said it wasn't delivered. Problem was... I found the physical receipt... And the escalation team kept saying it wasn't charged. Obviously someone thought they could change things online and the consumer would be out of proofs. Really poor customer sevicd
