[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — product not delivered and am told delivery slot not available until late evening tomorrow

I had a committed delivery between 5-8pm today. I received a call at 5.40 that due to product unavailability i will get delivery tomorrow evening. I requested for early morning delivery but was told that slot was unavailable. When i protested that this was extremely poor service i then received a second call that it was unavailability of product that was causing delays.
I have insisted on receiving the products in first slot tomorrow or my order must be canceled and my money returned. Needless to say i didn’t expect such poor service from a company that advertises its customer service.
I will be taking this up on all social networks
