Bigbasket.com — received banana leaf at worst condition! | |||
We are happy about the big basket service and promptness. But...! Recently we ordered a banana leaf for ₨. 12 wherein the size was 1/6th of the size of normal leaf available in the market, also it was torn and folded in such a way as it was less than small plate. I've no idea on what basis the person packed the banana leaf, it looked as if it was meant to feed cattle but no use for domestic purpose. This was the hurting experience which we had when buying this product from big basket. It would be great if big basket associates in packing and delivering section to consider each product while packing and delivering as to be useful for the consumer when received by them. My big basket order was to be delivered on Sunday, 4th of March. I ordered a total of 6 items.
Out of 6 items I ordered, one item was missing (Amul Cheese slices 100gm-2).
