My product was delivered on 28th of February with invoice number MBI[protected]. I didn't like the quality of the product and the same day I had raised a request for product return for product Princeware Prince Solar Casserole with handle- orange. I didn't get any update for 2-3 days and requested again. It was showing it will take 2-7 business days.
But after many days I have not received any update. I tried to contact customer support but not getting any response after one call. Even no response in chat window. My service request number is #[protected]. I am really very dissatisfy with the customer care.
